     Kay Westcott 500CYT

Kay Westcott..   has been teaching yoga for 20 years at various studios in the Greater Houston Area and also at her retreat center in Anderson, Texas. Kay’s yoga classes are both fun and challenging. She has an expressive and nurturing approach that meets students where they are. Kay encourages her students to reach their highest potential, reminding them our path is not a straight line and that there are no rules. The atmosphere in her classes is playful and noncompetitive, bringing a non rigid and eclectic mix of HATHA teaching styles.  Read more about Kay.

                    Fall Yoga Retreat

10am to 3pm at Scenic View Retreat

We love the Fall at Scenic View! I will be teaching yoga class starting at 10:30am to 12:30pm, including seated meditation, lecture and yoga asana.  Then we have a delicious vegetariaqn Sunday brunch, After we eat, we take a silent walking meditaiton around the property, stopping every few minutes to gain new "perspective" by looking out over the hills of Grimes County.  Then we head back to the house for fabulous homemade desserts (lovingly prepard by me) and coffee before the ride back to town.  Everybody says its just so nice to get out of the city!

Please join us this year!  Go to
