Kay,

got back to Oklahoma last weekend and started my new semester.

Just want to say 'thank you' again for your wonderful classes at Westside, something I sure miss. Hope to take it with you another time.

I have taken random yoga classes over the years and NEVER stuck with it until I took Kay's class. I too, am grateful for her kindness and humor. I never thought my body would feel this good again. I can MOVE!

Kay,
Is there a foundation (belief) for Yoga and/or meditation being able to help repair damage to muscles or tendons/ligaments? Over the last year I have applied my own thoughts and approaches to several problems - with seemingly positive results. But I am wondering if this is just Mother Nature taking her normal course or if it is possible that I have helped his along with being more aware of my body and applying some helping and feeling directions toward the problem areas. It seems to me that a side result of the Yoga classes that I have become able to concentrate and "feel" on specific body areas.

I am a 67 year old student of Kay for the past year.
I have found a great improvement in my quality of life due to teachings of Kay.
She is great and I am thankful for her kindness and wisdom and humor. marion

Kay,
My brother-in-law loved your class Tuesday. He said he has been struggling with the crow pose for so long but your one suggestion made him fly. He cannot wait to come back to your class.
Thanks,
Murli
