Kay wants you to have a place to pursue your practice that is both relaxed and respectful. She offers these guidelines for gracious yogi etiquette.

Please turn cell phones off

Remove shoes and socks

Be on time

Bring your own mat (keep it clean) and yoga strap

Attend appropriate class level
6.
Be generous with your space and move your mat to accommodate other students
7.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT ENTER OR LEAVE DURING EITHER MEDITATION OR SAVASANA (CORPSE POSE)
