She offers these guidelines for gracious yogi etiquette.

Please turn cell phones off

Remove shoes and socks |

Be on time |

4.

Bring your own mat (keep it
clean) and yoga strap |

5.

Attend appropriate class level |
|
6.
|
Be generous with your space
and move your mat to accommodate other students |

7.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT
ENTER OR LEAVE DURING EITHER MEDITATION OR SAVASANA
