BEGINNERS: Start here for the basics and a slow easy pace. Forward bends, backbends, lateral poses, twists, some inversions, and balances are taught in each class.

INTERMEDIATE: For those ready to move up. Try different poses, some vinyasa (flow) series, some strength work, and hand/arm balancing.

MULTI-LEVEL: A mixed crowd in these classes. Listen and watch for options and alternatives that are easier and harder. All levels welcome.

CHALLENGE: An intermediate-level class with new challenges.
